Treasurers report:

·      Started with 44,759.48

·      Income 1594.07

·      Expenses 890.01

Budget Amendment Proposal:

$43 from the arts category to be moved to field day

$30 from Leadership category be moved to Field Day

$195 from the Administrative category to be moved to Field Day ($95) and Teacher Appreciation ($100)

Mrs. Bona:

-       Inter teachers will be brought in for next year. It will increase the number of teachers at a lower cost without losing quality.

-       Governor has a future Utah survey and will pay the school $1 per adult that completes the survey.

Kindergarten Orientation:

-       Still need volunteers. Jennifer Johnson and Staci Case can help.

Marquee is still in the works but is taking time.

Still some openings for the 2015-2016 PTA Board

-       Membership             - Field Day                 - Awards

-       Art Awareness                      - Red Ribbon Week

Book Fair

-       We need to use some of our scholastic dollars. If making purchases please check to see if it is something we can buy from there.

Fun Run

-       We are using the schools Super Hero Theme

-       Looking for local businesses for cash donation in exchange for T-shirt advertising

PTA Convention is May 14^th and 15^th

Field Day is coming up. We are looking at renting an inflatable activity area for the 2 different days. Found a place that will offer a discount to do both days.
